- try soaked dog food. or soaked puppy food. You might even try wet canned food.
- your gonna have to make mom feed them unless you want to bottle feed them all. Hold her on her side and let the puppies nurse for at least another week then you can start introducing wet puppy food
- Call the vet. They will help you make the best decision. Breeding your dog and/or raising puppies is not an easy thing and takes a lot of experience and research.
- The question should be 'why has she stopped feedng'. Are her nipples sore?. Does she have milk? are the puppies scratching her with their nails that need clipping? Are you feeding her enough to produce the required amount of milk. I would start them of some puppy milk or porridge. Then add some puppy tin food.....don't use the cheap stuff. Your breed are solid boned and need the correct intake of minerals and vitamins. You may be best to get a baby bottle and give them some puppy formula until they have learnt to lap. You will need to feed 4 to 5 times per day. They will need liquid so get a bowl and upend another inside so water is in a narrow band around the edge. This will stop a puppy being drowned by a litter mate by accident. Your babies can be feed mince beef fed by hand to each pup until they are safely chewing and in no danger of choking. Tinned puppyfood with puppy formula added so they learn to lap it.. Pedigree make a great puppy porridge that is sweet and the babies love it. It's sold liquid form in a box from the supermarkets..
- raw food diet is best for dogs. get raw fruit, veggies, meat, butter milk put it into a food processor and blend it until its like a thick milkshake. you might need to hand feed them for a while.
- 1 - get them fed now. Walmart or any pet store has puppy formula. don't even think of giving solid food, in liquid form or otherwise at this age. Follow instructions on formula, you will need several bottles or large droppers usually sold along side formula. 2 - call vet - mom may be sick or have an infection and needs to be checked ASAP or the puppies may be orphans before long. Don't screw around with this, just like with humans, birth is natural but a zillion things can and do go wrong, some very small, others serious but the puppies will become dehydrated and sickly if not fed on a pretty tight schedule. Good luck and get moving!
