  1. http://www.petfinder.com Type in your zip and search for baby bulldogs near you also try here http://www.akc.org/classified/search/index.cfm?edu=1 Good luck, I'm sure you'll find the dog you want.
  2. heres a site hope i helps http://chicago.oodle.com/sale/pet/dog/-/pet_breed_bulldog/
  3. well dont go to a pet store, you will end up paying way too much and chances are the dog is not going to be akc anywhere less than $1000, i would go with a website, and dont just get it because it is cute as a puppy, you should ant it overall because of its behavior and how it will look even grown up. you have to take many of its characteristics into condieration and not just one.
  4. Dont buy from a website unless you got the website from akc.org, or petfinder.com NEVER buy from a pet store It's going to cost you $2000-$4000 for a well bred one
  5. I don't know why anyone would want to buy a dog from a pet store. They come from puppy farms who treat their dogs really badly and don't care about health. English bulldogs often can't even mate or give birth unaided. Do you really want to support dog rape and repeated caesarians? They also often have breathing and mobility problems due to the amount of inbreeding they've endured to make them the strange shape they are. By the way, they don't look like that when they're older. Will you still love it when it's not so cute and wheezing when it has to walk two metres? Please don't ever buy a living creature based on looks; this is a lifelong commitment you should be making.
  6. That's freaking hillarious. That is simply a puppy, maybe 6-7 weeks old!!! All English Bulldog's grow up!! AKC standard is males 50lbs. females 40lbs. Also, I would advise you to stay away from purchasing at a pet store!!! Pet Stores usually carry puppy mill dogs. If your going to purchase an English Bulldog, you need to do your research and find a very good purebred from a respectable breeder. I own a fabulous English Bully! Read through the sites below to obtain more information before you buy. Expect to pay $1500+ males, $1700+ females.
  7. you shouldn't by a dog just because of what it looks like when it's a puppy. what happens when it grows up? you going to get rid of it or send it to the pound Just because you don't like the looks of it anymore? theyusuallyydon'tt stay looking all wrinkly like that.

  9. NEVER, EVER support backyard breeders, puppymillers or pet stores which SELL (rather than adopt out) dogs and cats (many stores which sell birds and small animals are sketchy as well). Regardless of the store's claims, they are always from puppy mills or backyard breeders, if they're not from a rescue organization or animal shelters. http://www.prisonersofgreed.org http://www.awarenessday.org http://nopuppymills.org http://www.nopuppymillscanada.ca http://www.petstorecruelty.org http://www.puppymillrescue.com Here are some reputable sources where you can get a perfectly great dog: http://www.rescuebulldogs.com http://www.dogsindanger.com http://www.petfinder.org Also, consider adopting an adult dog! All too often they are overlooked and subsequently euthanized, even if they have been housebroken. Here are the many benefits of adopting an adult: http://www.la-spca.org/adoptions/advantages.htm ~*~If you're interested in adopting a dog but live too far away from it, there is often the option of having a dog transported to you/closer to you. Google "dog rescue transportation."~*~
  10. I am a dog lover so Please if you love animals don't get an english bull dog. They have been selectively breed for a look, that is nothing but bad for the dog. they have to be assisted in the act of breading by man because they don't move in the right places to do it themselves, bad hips, heart disease infections from the folds of skin around there faces. look up pics of english bullies from 18th century, that's what they really looked like. to others, please don't jump down my neck over this, but humans are idiots, we need to learn to leave well enough alone
  11. I would go to just a breeder online. We got my pure bred english bully from a breeder in missouri, we did our research, i did not care where he came from, i live in n.y. heres one thing, if you plan on getting a bully from a breeder, please do not choose russia, they in breed their dogs causing them to have problems especially behavior. my dog looks exactly like the one you want here are some pics of my man; http://s306.photobucket.com/albums/nn274/technobabey/?action=view&current=HPIM5291.jpg http://s306.photobucket.com/albums/nn274/technobabey/?action=view&current=HPIM5349.jpg http://s306.photobucket.com/albums/nn274/technobabey/?action=view&current=HPIM5348.jpg let me remind you, english bulldogs have serious health issues. my bully has arthritis at the age of 2, being treating with pills daily, he needs 1 hour walks everyday to be healthy, he is on a wheat free diet to help his alopecia, common in bulldogs, its hair loss on the sides, and he has red paws and skin which is being treated daily with medicine persribed by the vet.
